In Europe how do I track my RMA or warranty replacement device?

If you reside in European countries you can quickly track your package on UPS. Please follow the below steps.

  • Click here to open UPS Tracking link


  • Scroll down and click on Track by Reference in the left sidebar


  • Enter RMA number (omit the "#") and date range based on information provided in WD RMA Shipped email
