  1. Insert the WD_BLACK AN1500 NVMe SSD ADD-IN-CARD in the host PC
  2. Power on host PC
  3. Access host PC BIOS
  4. Select Settings and highlight Advanced, hit enter


  5. Select Windows OS Configuration


  6. Check BIOS UEFI/CSM mode should select CSM


  7. Push esc, select save and exit


  8. Select save change and reboot


  9. When host PC restarts, push F11 to enter boot menu (continuously hold down F11 key)
  10. Verify WD_BLACK AN1500 NVMe SSD ADD-IN-CARD is detected by checking if it is visible in the boot menu
