EdgeRover: How to Report Issues, Send Feedback, and Upload Logs

  1. Open EdgeRover and click on Send feedback

  2. To submit an idea, click https://edgerover.ideas.aha.io/ideas to add your feedback and see what others have shared. Make sure to Copy and Paste the UID (unique identifier) to your description. This will help us investigate any specific bugs or issues you report

  3. To report an issue, click on the link email to send an email with your issue

  4. In addition to sending an email to us, please upload your logs by clicking the Upload Logs button to help us understand your issue better
