HAR (HTTP Archive) is a web browser tool used to collect information between a web browser and a web site. The information collected is used to help performance issues, bottlenecks, slow loading, and other issues.
The information collected can be used to troubleshoot EdgeRover login issues.
Please follow the steps in the following order:
- On Windows, press CTRL + SHIFT + I, On Mac press SHIFT + CMD + I
- Click on the Network tab then click on the clear icon to clear everything
- Then go to account settings and sign in
- Right click one of the messages in the developer tools center pane and select Save all as HAR with content to the Desktop
- Send us the .har file. If the log is too big to attach to the case, upload the file to Google Drive, Drop Box, MS One Drive, Apple iCloud, etc. and share the link with Western Digital Support
- Click the link to open a WD Support Case and Contact Us
